Bakony Scamp is a young Hungarian producer with a great technique at making sounds. His production is clever, melting sounds from many genres into one. He takes from tech house, progressive house and funky dirty house and slices them up into a class sound all his own. The 'Dangerous Inside EP' is a two part 5 song split EP, with this first part featuring a quality tech house track 'It Sounds Like This', and a deeper haunting progressive track called 'Absolutely Mad'.

The tech house sound of 'It Sounds Like This' starts off this half of the EP. Lazer sounds accompany wicked techy beats and fancy production for a chunked up feel from the beginning. Layers of stabbing chords climb in and groove with the beats until the tune drops off and into a fat ass bouncy bassline that glides through ups and downs. The chords start to build off the bassline bringing the song to a peak, and finally pops open with a sexy female vocal sample. The housey groove starts in after a quick break and grooves on out.

'Absolutely Mad' is a smooth progressive tune with plenty of groove to move with the spacey synths and wicked wavering chords that make this song so dreamy. Snappy drums start in and a low bass rides underneath. A lovely quiet synth accompanies a gnarly whipping sound into the mix and helps the tune gain momentum to blast into a textured trippy vocal sample and some cool arpeggiated rolling sounds. Everything stops up and falls into a soundscapey break, full of movie samples and darkness, and then a heavy bassline rips through building the song back into the beats. A cool groove sets in with sweet chords that twist and turn till the end.

This is a great mix of sounds for the first part of Bakony Scamp's 'Dangerous Inside EP'. The production is stunning and the chord progressions and beats will work really well on the floor, just like the previous single from this young Hungarian.
