Jason Jinx is up to his housey alias once again. Providing the NY house sound of funky and fun, mixed with driving and trippy elements, 'Spinning Around’ takes us into a thick house number, with layered vocal snippets, while ‘Do You See Me’ is just a slight variation on the original.

‘Spinning Around’ starts in with a hard drum kick, and into some nice electronic stabs. The hi hats come in, and we stop up for a second to blast into the song. An electro type bassline comes in, as a lazer sound goes up and off into some twisted effects. There’s a low house groove underlining, and the hard rave stabs come in to push you into the female voice. The vocal is just a snippet, and is quite twisted, and weird. It sounds as if it’s a very old sample. The rest of the sounds come back in, and we continue till the end.

‘Do U C Me’ is the exact same song just with a switched up voice sample, with a male vocal being used instead. The sounds are very similar, and the track is just a bit different for those of you who would rather a male voice, then a female.

While this track has a solid housey feel to it, to me it seems to lack depth, as well as a second track. Better luck for Yoshitoshi and Jason next time.
