Nathan G "Deep Down Underground"

Out Now on Kinky Vinyl

Nathan G returns with his single on Kinky Vinyl, following on from the 'Sunday Sessions EP'. This time we head down.. way down.. deep down underground, for a shifty house number that will test the speakers, whilst showcasing some of Nathan's production talent that has seen him appear on Vapour Recording as well as Miguel Migs Transport imprint, proving his diversity.

Taking things down the dirty house route under his 'Groovehunter' alias, Nathan makes great use of an hypnotic b-line, slipping in bubbling percussion which shuffles back and forth, enveloping the ragga style vox that are laid down over the top, adding a deep bassy effect to the sounds. The final touch is provided by some ruff west coast flava, that fans of Nathan's previous Kinky effort will be more than familar with.

The 'Original' on the other hand takes things down the deeper, jackin house route, with a big chunky b-line causing the damage. Overall a funky, chunky and dirty single which will more than please the househeads amongst you.

If dirty house and funky beats are your think, check this out, and also keep an eye out for a future Nathan G single called 'Hardy Pardy' which is rumoured to have a remix from none other than Tom Mangan. My palms are already sweating at the thought.
