Stel "Out Of Nowhere / Where I Belong"

Out Now on Audio Therapy

Having already wowed us with numerous singles alongside occasional production partner Vangelis Labrakis as Stel & Good Newz, Greek producer Stelios Vassiloudis now flies solo with the first of several new singles for the Audiotherapy imprint. Having forged a name for himself in the last few months, the future holds great things for young Stel, and this new AA single, featuring the tracks 'From Out Of Nowhere' and 'Where I Belong' are just a mere indication of what this talented producer is capable of.

'From Out Of Nowhere' is a massive electronic track that has already been a staple in many of Dave Seaman's sets over the last few months. A fusion of solid grooves and big synth hooks, complete with the usual rocking bass that made tracks like 'Particle' so good. However, this track takes a deeper, and in many ways epic route, building towards a cool melodic drop, before the bassline is introduced once more, with enough force to take the dancefloor to a whole new level. Living up to its name, this is a secret weapon you can pull out of your record box and destroy an unsuspecting crowd with time and time again.

'Where I Belong' is by no means a filler track either, and is worthy of far more than being just a b-side. A tight percussive affair built around big drum arrangements and cool old school melodies, it sees Stel take a more upbeat approach than the norm, it's synth line being rather jolly, without becoming too cheesy. It's hard not to get caught up in this track when the beats drop and the melody starts over, and it's not really a question of where to belong, as you'll be too busy strutting your stuff to care with whom or where you are,

Stel has already proven that he's more than capable of producing killer tracks for the dancefloor, so it's no surprise that here we have another two to add to the collection. He may practically have come from nowhere into the spotlight a mere few months ago, but this latest single is more than enough proof that Stel is here where he belongs.
