Force Mass Motion Vs Dylan Rhymes "Hold Back"

Australian Mike Wells (aka Force Mass Motion) and Dylan Rhymes team up to give you a progressive breakbeat fusion like no other. (TBC) Combine Dylan Rhyme's gritty funk with Mike Wells' hypnotic trance-induced soundscapes and you have an intriguing meeting of the minds.

The Original Mix of "Hold Back" is a choppy, dark, groovy synth-driven breakbeat affair which builds unrelentingly. The syncopated synth action occasionally morphs into nasal territories, so the cheese factor is certainly present. Certainly something for the progressive breakbeat bods.

The Wireless Mix stays true to the Acetate tradition of prior releases by taking the four-to-the-floor route. Sporting some sensual female moans, this pumping tribal progger would fit snugly in a peaktime Digweed or Warren set. The analogue syncopated synth lead pushes the flow onward while a shrill female vocal snippet is suspended in the background. This sequence is teased and toyed with along the course of the mix until the dj-friendly outro ensues. More decent dancefloor fodder from Acetate LTD.
