JF Sebastian has had releases on several dutch labels, but now he travels overseas for a release on Satellite Records Pitch Black imprint, backed up by fellow dutchman Harry Lemon 8, and with the vocal talents of Kaz, he presents to you, Burden

A deep pulsating beat starts off the Lemon 8 mix, before sinister stabs come crashing in, soft percussion giving way to some tough rolling bass and chord progression leads into some deep effects that lay below the bassline before the vocal introduces itself, mimicking the beat pattern as it weaves itself around the sounds that echo from the speakers. As we enter the build to the break some deep and funky stabs carry the track forward and the track just carries on capturing the imagination. Another fine remix from Harry Lemon.

The Original mix is based around a tougher series of beats, with a series of synths that get louder and louder as the track develops, soft snare drops sliding in between each arrangement. before some eerie fx make an appearance, before the vocal enters, more soulful and powerful than on the remix. As we enter the second verse, dramatic atmospherics sit between the bassline and the vocals, rising and falling in time to the beat. Dark and techy, and very slickly produced.

Yet another great release from this imprint, whos journies across the world in search of talent seems to be a winning formula.
