There is no need to introduce Pappa and Gilbey. Barry is the founder (with Sara Whittaker) of the famous Choo Choo label. He's also half of Mara and records on his own as Hyperion.

DJ Anthony Pappa has been known as a long time supporter of Choo Choo and was the man behind the labels first mix album. Anthony has also mixed the first compilation in the famous NuBreed series.

When Those 2 get together, mind blowing music is made. Following 'Void' and 'Validate', which got massive support from Tenaglia and Digweed, Now it's time to get Skin Deep...

Featurd on the latest GU compilation, 'Skin Deep' is a dark and deep affair. Crazy synth lines and spooky stabs are layered over male vocals provided by the talents of an unnamed vocalist.

The flipside offers a dub mix which is a deep trippy track that works as a perfect foil to the massive original mix, making 'Skin Deep' an absolute must.

'Skindeep' will appear on Choo Choo later in the year, And in other news relating to Pappa & Gilbey, US label Inversus have licensed 'Twisted'. the track will be released later in the year with remixes by Austin Leeds & Pappa & Gilbey themselves.
