True To Nature "Lusty"

Tom Von Rosen and Jokke hail from Copenhagen, one of Denmark's finest cities. They have slowly built a reputation both in the clubs as DJs, spinning at dutch venues and events such as Trash, Vega and Red Light District, and have already made a name for themselves in the produciton field having already released the well received 'She Loves Me' under the Dark Princess project on Brother Brown Records. Now they deliver their first release on USR under the new alias of True To Nature, and the first track they bring to us is Lusty.

The Original Mix fuses progressive beats with a rolling spacey groove and soft synths gyrating in the background, giving the track a deep and mysterious haunting vibe to it as the sounds fluctuate to the surface and the track cotinues on once more. Tasty.

Over on the flip, the True To Nature Dub holds back on the rolling groove to instead focus on the percussion line, sprinking in some deep bass and hypnotic effects to create a nice alternative mix to the Original.

A decent offering from the USR label, which one would hope they can capitalise upon for the future. True To Nature will return with several more productions in the future, both on USR and Brother Brown. Watch out for them.
